What to know
right now.
We're still building. Here's the clearest information we can share while the school and course are in development.
Have another question? Contact us ↗Is Educate85 accepting students yet?
Not yet. We're developing our first Arizona salesperson prelicensing course. Enrollment and credit-bearing instruction will begin only after the required school and course approvals are in place.
Is the Arizona course approved?
No. Our planned Arizona course and school have not yet been represented as approved. This website shares our development plans and collects requests for launch updates; it does not offer enrollment or licensing credit.
What course will launch first?
We plan to begin with Arizona's 90-hour salesperson prelicensing education course, subject to state review and approval.
Will the school be online?
That's the plan. We're designing a mobile-friendly online learning platform with structured participation, assessments, and administrative records suited to the requirements of approved instruction.
Can I study entirely at my own pace?
We intend to offer flexibility, but required instructional time, identity verification, participation, assessment, and exam requirements will still apply. We will publish the details when the approved course is available.
How long will the course take?
The planned course consists of 90 credit hours. Calendar time to finish will depend on required instructional participation, regulatory limits, assessments, and your schedule.
How much will tuition cost?
Tuition hasn't been announced. Join the launch list and we'll share pricing when course details are finalized.
Does this course guarantee a real estate license?
No. Completing a school course is only one part of the licensing process. Arizona determines each applicant's eligibility and licensing outcome.
Do I have to join Realty85 afterward?
No. Educate85 is intended for aspiring real estate professionals regardless of which brokerage they may choose.
Will the entire school offer Spanish courses?
No Spanish-language prelicensing course is planned for this initial school launch. The instructional program, student portal, assessments, and support materials will be in English.
Will continuing education be available?
Continuing education and additional states are part of our future vision. Neither is available for enrollment yet.
